The price of gold is volatile and can fluctuate significantly. The value of your gold holdings will rise and fall with the market price of gold. Past performance is not indicative of future results. You may lose money when buying, holding, or selling gold.
Operational Risk
There are operational risks associated with storing physical gold, including but not limited to: storage facility risks, shipping risks, counterparty risks, and risks related to the verification and allocation of gold. While we take security seriously, no system is completely risk-free.
Fees Can Change
Our fees, including purchase markup and storage fees, may change with notice. We will provide reasonable notice of any fee changes. Current fees are displayed on our pricing page.
US Only
Our services are currently available to US residents only. We may expand to other jurisdictions in the future, but at launch, we are US-only.
KYC/AML
Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) requirements may apply at launch. We may require identity verification and other documentation as required by law or our policies.
No FDIC/SIPC Insurance
Your gold holdings are not insured by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) or the Securities Investor Protection Corporation (SIPC). This is not a bank account or a securities account. Insurance details for physical gold storage will be disclosed at launch.
No Guarantees
We do not guarantee the performance of gold prices, the availability of sell-back services at any particular price, or the timing of delivery. Market conditions and operational factors may affect these services.
